Management of Owned Plant for Lifecycle Costing
  • A record is created for each individual item of equipment along with hiring periods and charges
  • Insurance and certification details
  • Plant status – detailing on-hire, available, maintenance, etc.
  • Full details on make, model and serial number(s) are recorded, along with security coding, asset tagging etc
  • Full history of all costs and revenues including service and maintenance costs provides a P&L account for each plant item
Charge Plant to Projects/Contracts
  • Plant job worksheet manages and costs both internal and external plant, giving instant access to on and expected off hire dates  
  • Flexible charging periods for each job
Procurement of Hired-In Plant

  • A diary of availability can be established, showing non-hiring periods for maintenance or other reasons. The diary shows each hire period, broken down by plant item.
  • Fixed, variable and special (one-off) hiring charges can be maintained. Discounts for periodic or repeat usage can be applied.
Plant Location Tracking
  • Plant worksheet provides a record of all plant on a contract whether owned or hired-in
