ERH LogoBristol-based construction and civil engineering contractor, ERH Group, has chosen Sage ERP EVision and Sage Estimating software to give them better visibility and control of project financials and pre-and post-contract processes. ERH Group selected Sage Construction’s software ahead of competition from RedSky IT and Maxima.

Discussing the reasons for looking to change software, ERH Group MD, David Jones said “Our Intellect financial software wasn’t giving us the visibility of the business that we required. It also did not have the ability to produce the reports we needed.”

Added to this was the fact that the Conquest estimating software we were using wasn’t functionality rich enough, which resulted in us having to use numerous spreadsheets to undertake many pre- and post-contract processes.”

On choosing Sage Construction, David continued “As soon as we saw the Sage ERP EVision and Sage Estimating software, we knew it would give us the financial visibility, reporting and estimating functionality needed to help us drive our business forward.
