Acteon Group sign MSA for worldwide roll-out

The high-profile and dynamic Acteon Group has agreed with Sage Construction (as Tekton) to sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for 75 concurrent users, to cover Oilfield Services and Financials software across several countries. Roll-outs will take place throughout 2008/9, in the UK, USA, Brazil, Singapore, amongst others.
Overall project sponsor is Kevin Ovendon, Group Financial Director, and the project management for the Group will be handled by Frank Neuenbaeumer, based at Menck in Kaltenkirchen, near Hamburg. Commenting on the deal, John Marchant, Sage Construction’s Chief Operating Officer – Commercial, said, “We are delighted to welcome further companies of the Acteon Group to our growing community of Oil & Gas customers, and we look forward to continuing our excellent partnership with them.”
