Simons Construction Ltd chooses Sage Construction EValuate for estimating and post contract processes

Lincoln-based property solutions business, Simons Group, has an annual turnover of £188 million and has selected Sage Construction EValuate for pre and post contract work within its construction business. The construction business comprises several work streams - Retail, Distribution, Healthcare and Mixed-use Schemes. A high level of professional project management expertise across these streams ensures that Simons Construction exhibits the partnering behaviour needed to remain first choice.
Sage Construction’s EValuate software was chosen to assist with pre and post project work – the winning and the doing of work. Julien Bridges, Commercial Director for Simons Construction, explains: “Having previously used a mixture of Causeway, spreadsheets and in-house systems for this type of work, we were conscious of the fact that these separate systems didn’t talk to each other. Instead, we chose a single solution, one that was fully integrated and where the data entered for each project could be used to inform future projects."
