Sage Housebuilding powered by SiteStream customers win awards at the What House? Awards 2008
November 2008
Congratulations to our Sage Housebuilding powered by SiteStream users who won awards at the What House? Awards ceremony last Friday, held at the Grosvener House Hotel, Park Lane.
Of particular note is St George’s Park which won the Gold Award for Best Retirement Development. Philip Smith who is Sales and Marketing Director at St George’s Park said that he was particularly pleased that the success of this development had been recognised as it filled a unique set of customer needs in the retirement homes market. The development was created by the charity Augustinian Care which is run by The Sisters of St Augustine and offers a wide range of facilities to cater for the over 60’s from the active retired through to those that require close care. Facilities at the development set in a 250 acre estate in the South Downs of East Sussex include; a games room, library, concert hall, restaurant, car club, golf practice area, treatment room and a hairdressing salon. A new state-of-the-art gym with swimming pool is due to be completed in a future phase.
Sage Housebuilding powered by SiteStream software has been used in the marketing suite at St Georges Park since the start of the project to manage the leads and sales progression for the 235 unit development. With the long lead times for enquiries in the retirement sector, Sage Housebuilding powered by SiteStream has been indispensable for tracking and following up prospects in a timely and efficient manner.
Other Sage Housebuilding powered by SiteStream users who also won awards at the prestigious ceremony were:

Each award was presented by the comedian Dara O'Briain who helped to lift the mood of the audience during these challenging times for the housebuilding industry. Rupert Bates, Editorial Director of the organisers Globespan Media, commented, “Despite a difficult climate for housebuilding the Awards presented today are a huge cause for celebration; they reflect that while morale may be low the quality of new homes being built has never been so high.”
We offer our warm congratulations to all of our customers who won today. The What House? Awards are widely recognised as being the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry and each entry is subject to a very high level of scrutiny by a prestigious panel of judges. It is good to see so many of our clients and contacts in the industry here celebrating their sucesses.
